We're SOGO Adventure Running, ​offering high quality innovative Adventure Running programs for youth aged 2 - 17.​

Our programs run in Calgary & area parks. We combine running, map-reading, navigation, games and adventure!

SOGO Level 1: ages 6 - 12 
SOGO Level 2: ages 10 - 14

SOGO Access: integrated in our programs
SOGO @School - preschool to high school

​Programs are offered spring and fall in all quadrants of Calgary.

  • Interested in having SOGO come to your school? Did you know that Schools and Groups can hire SOGO to come and deliver adventure running programs? For schools, we offer one to five day residencies. Groups (including birthday parties) can hire us for a few hours or more. See our SOGO@School page.
